- An independent NGO seeking to build peace, achieve sustainable development, defend human rights, empower women and youth, support their issues, build their capacities, and promote their civic values, human rights principles, and democratic values to reach their goals. A leading, proactive, and effective community.
- Since its establishment in 2004, in collaboration with local and international partners, the organization has worked on empowering women and youth, enhancing their capacities and skills through providing and stimulating constructive ideas for youth leadership, leading advocacy campaigns, and building a shared leadership network. With a team of experienced civil society staff, volunteers, leaders, and youth organizations, the organization has also managed projects to support return and community integration and combat violent extremism in the five governorates (Anbar, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk, Diyala, and Nineveh). The organization has worked on interfaith dialogue projects, particularly in Nineveh due to its diverse religions, and has been prominent since 2017 in working on the return of displaced persons from camps inside and outside the governorate and finding best practices in the field of reconstruction. It also focuses on national-level democratic development to align with the needs of its regions.
- The vision of solidarity is a community of citizens, leaders, initiators, and participants in community building and influential in governance. It works through peaceful means, supports democratic values, and builds peace.
